Summer 2023 Highlights

2023 Field Trips

What you need to know.

  • Our program’s theme in 2023 will be “Passion and Purpose”. Our goal is expose youth to arts and skills that enhance creativity, youth leadership, confidence, life skills, and mindfulness. Each session is taught by staff and guest partners.

  • Studies show that youth involved in performing arts heavily effects the youth’s level of engagement and self confidence. Each youth will have the option of choosing between a performing arts project of their choice. These categories include: film, theatre, music, dance, photography, and arts and crafts.

  • Each day youth will be served both breakfast and lunch (Elementary students will receive lunch and snack). Each meal will include proteins, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. Guardians will be asked about meal restrictions and accommodations for each youth.

  • Each week youth will enjoy a field trip. Field trips will include sites from water parks to historical venues. Field trips are free to youth. Guardians are welcome to accompany, but must be responsible for their own entrance fee. Guardians will be asked to complete field trip permission slips prior to the start of camp (field trips for middle school and elementary students will vary).
