MEET AIGNES
Aignes Rogan, the director of "Just Us," is a Nashville native, embodying a profound dedication to the well-being of youth who are justice-involved. Week after week, Aignes ensures that youth and their families receive the requisite support to flourish. Her mentorship philosophy is deeply rooted in principles of healing, fostering confidence, and instilling a passion for lifelong learning. Aignes is married to Caleb, the founder of Rocklife Youth.

Rocklife Youth’s "Just Us" initiative is a comprehensive youth mentorship program dedicated to pairing mentors with justice-involved youth. Our mission is to provide unwavering support to young individuals, empowering them to overcome adversities stemming from childhood trauma. With a focus on both short-term and long-term success, we tailor a personalized curriculum to each participant, aligning with their unique goals, interests, and talents. Weekly mentorship sessions, held both onsite and offsite, foster meaningful connections and holistic growth. Proudly, we collaborate with esteemed partners such as NAZA, W.A. Bass, and the Johnson ALC to amplify our impact and reach.
